Deliverables: UX Research (Competitive Audit), User Personas, User Testing, Content Strategy, UX Copy, UX/UI Design, Prototypes (iteration), Content Maps, App Style Guides
Project Purpose: Research, test, and iterate a new UX design solution for a mobile fuel retailer app. Produce as a generic app that can be white labeled by various brands.
Transactional Interaction Types: Register, Opt-in, Find Location, Add Payment Method (credit card), Buy Fuel, Use Coupons, Notification Settings, Reset Password
Unique Challenges: (1) Apply best practices for location-based retail apps in this newly emerging fuel retail segment, doing so in an MVP release (minimum viable product). 
(2) Quickly produce a mid-fidelity prototype featuring intuitive UX, elegant UI, and complete copy in time for a critical industry trade show.
Results: Completed a highly effective prototype on schedule, which was very well received at the trade show and in subsequent sales presentations; helping secure new sales, which in turn helped fund implementation of new product updates.
